 Día de los reyes in San Juan - there are fun signs of the day all around us.  I'm still wandering a bit - not really sure what I want out of this project!  von Jawlensky was a Russian painter - who spent much of his adult life in Germany. He met and worked alongside many of The Blue Rider artists. I loved the color of this movement when I learned about it in Vienna - or maybe it was before. I read Kandinsky's Concerning the spiritual in art.  Oh Kandinsky!
